What does "your own server" actually mean?

Dedicated hardware in an EU data centre that runs only your organisation — not a shared cloud tenant. We provision it, keep it updated, monitor it and back it up. You use the platform; we carry the pager.

Are there per-seat licences?

No. One flat monthly price per plan, with unlimited agents, apps, workflows and knowledge bases on every plan. Growing your team does not change your bill.

We already have an OpenAI or Anthropic account. Can we use it?

Yes. Connect your own API key and the platform uses it, with no ceiling and no markup from us. When you run it yourself, that is how the AI is paid for; when we run it with you, it takes over beyond the monthly allowance.

What happens with our data?

It stays on your server in the EU, with daily backups and TLS everywhere. Local models on your own machine handle everyday work unmetered, and with the Private AI add-on larger open models run on a dedicated GPU, so that work never reaches an external AI provider.

How fast can we start?

Onboarding is included in every plan: 1 to 16 hours hands-on with us, depending on the size and on who runs it. Most teams have their first agent working in the first session.

What are the contract terms?

Month to month, or commit for 12, 24 or 36 months and pay less: 20%, 30% or 40% below month to month when you run it yourself. When we run it with you, the weekly hours and the AI allowance stay at the 12 month rate, so longer terms discount the rest. Prices exclude VAT, and an increase at renewal is capped at inflation plus 2 points.
